What heatsink are you getting to cool the 165 when it hits 2.8?

I doubt I would push it to 2.8. I just want to use the stock heatsink to do some light overclocking.Like to 2.2 or 2.1.

How bout saphire it is OEM but Newegg says it still comes with everything.The ATI one is 30 dollars more.

They are not cheap in the UK. XFX is Â£30 more than BFG, and Â£20 more for the PowerColour compaerd to the Sapphire.
