Hmm. You really must be new to this. That video card is not a video card. It's a DVD maker card, whatever that is. It dosn't even have any D-SUB or DVI connectors. Get this video card:

Also, that case is no good. The power supply that comes with it sucks and will probably kill all your parts. If you really like that case then just forget about the power supply that comes with it and get this one:

BTW, if you want to save some money, just don't get a seperate video card. The motherboard I suggested has onboard GeForce 6100 graphics. This will be fine for almost anything but gaming.
