Left Click Hard Drive Problem

Everytime i left click my drives it pops up with Search File window. anyone know why its doing this instead of just accessing the drive.

its not really that big of a problem, i can right click open. but its just pretty annoying to do.

your right-click context menu says "open" in bold letters, correct?

that makes it open the hard drive by default

its on "Search" by default, how do I make "Open" default?

yep, im getting closer. i set the "Drive" option to open, it opens the drive but just in a different window. ill fiddle around. thnx

Search Opens When Double Clicking A Folder


Run this reg file and reboot then see if the problem is still there

still got the same problem. ran the registry entry and nothing seems to be changed. so thats the update. thanks for your time by the way.
