my psu expells hot air, i put my hand over it and there is hot air comeing out right? but my 120mm fan i got on the back has cold air coming out, i mean its blowing cold air out the back, but not blowing as colder air inside, is this right?, how do you know which way to pu the fans?

Of course the fan for the power supply is going to be blowing hotter air since that's the main power source,For the other fan direction's the usual is "front-intake" "side-intake" "rear-exhaust" "top-exhaust".
