Hey Kdar,
Basicly I guess you just attach it to your cpu fan (you'd have to have a cpu cooler that would work with it) and instead of the fan blowing the hot air from your cpu to the inside of your case, it would blow it through the vent to a case fan set to exaust. Thus your hot air would be expelled directly out of the case...
I dunno what kind of real performce you would see, but in theroy, it would work pretty well.
