My friend lost his Admin password...hes on XP Pro..Is there any way to recover?

Hi,
I was at my friends house yesterday andhe was changing some stuff on his XP Pro...and by mistake, he changed his user from Admin to Power User...so his username is no longer a member of the administrators....and he has forgotten the password for the Administrator account....

Is there any thing he can do? He has very limited access with Power Users...he cant even change his IP address to be able to go online and search for something to fix that...

Any help would be much appreciated...
