restoring XP

hey, this might be a stupid question but, is there anyway to restore my comp.? I messed something up on it. and i want it set up how i had it a couple days ago. Ive done something similiar to this before, but a friend helped me out. Im also running XP, thanks

windows key+ pause/ break > system restore

ok.... i did that..but i dont see where i can adjust the date to where i want it to get restored. It only gives me a slider for the disk space usage.

Click on start -> Help & Support

Then click on restore my system to an earler date.

In the calendar, select the date. It will reboot.

Shout back if you have any issues.
