i have a great idea for a reality show:

somebody (such as myself) who has had high-speed internet since it was invented, has to live with somebody for a month with only dial-up internet.

That would be worse than "simple life"!

Who thinks this is a good idea?

i understand, i have ADSL and some of my friends are stuck on 28.8k Dialup or no internet at all

28.8 k dialup? Even 56K is slow, but thats painful....

ADSL is Asynchronus Digital Subscriber Line is a form of DSL where the Download speed is faster than the upload speed hence Asynchronus.

SDSL is Synchronus Digital Subscriber Line is DSL where the upload speed is the same as the download speed.
