what heatsink and cpu cooler

Arctic Silver 5, it's called thermal grease, thermal paste, thermal compound among other things. now the HSF depends on the processor so you might want to tell us at least what socket your processor is. the thermaltake Big Typhoon comes in a model for pretty much all sockets and that is a good cooler.

You will have to see if it fits too, I really like the Zalman aeroflower, and it is really quiet, someone on here said that the fan can be set to turn off when the temperature is low enough.

yea the zalman one look good, looking to spend about 30pounds (50$)
