The XP-120 is definitely a great heatsink, as is the Scythe Ninja - you just have to find your own fan for them. I'd wager that you'd get better results with a heatsink and fan that are sold separately.

All you CNPS9500 Zalman lovers can eat me 
The Big Typhoon is better and here is why:
1) cools just as well if not better
2) cost a lot less
3) quieter (only 16dba)
The only downfall is installation can be annoying for athlon64's but who cares it isn't that hard. Oh that added to the fact that it is HUGE!
