Help! 9600SE or FX5200?

9600PRO or XT are like 150 bucks, and I am not going to get one of those. Tell me which is better: 9600SE 128MB DDR 128-bit or nVidia GeForce 4 FX 5200 128MB DDR 128-bit. I will only get one of these 2. I am on a budget and I don't wanna spend more than 80 bucks on a video card.
