Average Computer Rig, Need Help

Ok, I wanna build an average rig, then see if I can sell it for a bit of a profit. Anyone got any good ideas? I want it to be a mid-range system, so no 7800GTX's, more like, 6600gt's or Radeon 9800pros. Thanks.

duel core 3800+? maybe 3500+?
Throw some cheap ram in there like 1 gb
