I'm looking to sell my CRT and get an LCD. I'd like a 19" with DVI. I have been looking at the Samsung 940b, but I am open to suggestions.

Samsung 940b/930b is an excellent monitor, very bright, high contrast ratio, good price, I'm going to purchase one soon myself. I would recommend it to you.

I have the Samsung 930b, am very pleased with it. Not sure what the difference between the 930b and 940b is. For desktop applications, I couldn't STAND to go back to a CRT after using this.

Here is my next big buy.

I saw one of these at a clients house last night. The thing is absolutely amazing. I upgraded their system from a 6600 vanilla to a 7800GTX. They bought this monitor and wondered why they couldn't max out the res. with the 6600 vanilla.

Their son was playing COD2 before I left... I'm buying one of these monitors, even if I have to eat Peanut butter and Jelly for the next 6 months. It's freakin' awesome... expensive too.
