Oh wow sorry My bad...She already has a moniter and speakers...ok so I guess all we need is 300-400 dollars...soory my bad.
 
Ok il check out the pre built....Thanks:) but I also think they may be charging me more...Hmm..but that one with the link to best buy looked like a good deal..hmm

Uhh...dunno if she needs a 6600...I have a old PCI-E Radeon 9550 she can have...but other than that It looks good.thanks guys:D

That's a pretty nice little budget build.

Only thing, is I would get the sempron 2500+, because it has 256kb of l2 cache, and the 2600+ has 128kb. The 2500+ can easily be overclocked the 100 or 200mhz to bring it up to speed or even faster than the 2600+.
