cannot access programs

can anyone help me please after restarting my computer i cannot run any programs wenever i try opening a program i get the message "windows cannot find(the program am looking for)" i can only use internet explorer BUT other computers on my network can still access all my files that i cant so i am holping that there is a simple explanation lol

i have tried repairing windows from the xp disc but it says half way thru that rundll32 cannot be found

any help would be great

Maybe bad shortcuts? Try running it from the main EXE in the programs folder and see what that does...Maybe your network admin blocked you out or sumthin ;-)

i am the admin for my home network and i cant access the files from the main exe's it did my head in so i reloaded windows and had to load all 70 gig of stuff back on ahhhhhhhhhhh
