You could also "stealth your drives.

All you do is take the 5" blank from your case(the thing on the front of the case you have to take off to put your DVD drive in) Cut the tabs off the sides of it, put some double sided tape on your CD/DVD drive draw and stick the 5" blank to it. To open your CD/DVD drive, Push on the 5" blank, It will hit the button to open the drive.

Or you could get a case that has a door on the front. I'm going to get one of these (no PSU)

Yeah, I have a tutorial for stealth drives as well. I don't really like them though, think it's kind of stupid. I'd rather spray paint them, just as long as you don't mind losing the brand logo on your drives.
