Vga Driver I Think????

Hello all thanks in advance for the help

I am thinking a have a driver problem.
I recently installed the new ATI driver for my Sapphire Radeon 9250 128 meg vga card I know

below is a pic of my task manager show mutiples of CLI.exe & ati2evxx.exe

Also now when I boot my machine, I make it into windows and while it is loading the screen cuts in and out

go to start, run, type msconfig, go to startup, click disable all, recheck your antivirus and reboot. Ive got the same entries also

ARE YOU SURE I SHOULD DO ALL OF THEM?

Yes, disable all of them under Startup.

ok when I load ATI CATALYST CONTROL CENTER MY SCEEN CUT OUT AND COME BACK IN ONE SECOND AND TWO CLI.EXE LOADS IN TASK MANAGER

devldr32.exe" is part of sound card software from Creative Technology.
