Which fans have the absolute fastest speed? Also, vacuum?

Im currently building a PC, and I need this for cooling, and for the case im currently building

First. What Is the fastest speed for a fan, with the fastest intake?

Also, is there a vacuum you can attatch to your computer for a strong cooling

Im basically putting exhaust pipes on my custom tower, so, basically to prevent overheat to the extreme...

First of all "FASTER" fan speed doesn't always mean "BETTER" cooling. Faster usually means NOISER and LOUDER. Which for most people isn't a good thing.

What you should look for is a fan that has a high air flow "CFM" or Cubic Feet per/minute. A number to look for would be anything in the 25 to 35 CFM range.

For case fans look for (2) 120mm's (one front intake and one rear exhaust.) Look for high CFM, low RPM and low dba.

side note: Good cooling starts in well build PC, free of birds nest wires and ribbon cables.

a good exhaust fan will be better than attaching a vacuum to your case.

CFM ratings go way above 35 CFM. My case fan gets about 80 at full speed.

Those two fans have the highest CFM ratings on Newegg: 110 and 114. The Silverstone will probably be quieter, and the Panaflo has 4 more CFM.
