Getting a bad message :( for 9600xt

i have a system with a 9600XT 128mb

every time it starts up the ATI drivers dont start i get amessage that says

"The application failed to intialize property90xc0000135). Click on ok to terminate the application"

why is it doing this?? are the roung drivers insatlled????

CPU - P42.66GHz

your not alone i have recently had this problem, have u tried to install any major software or anything recently or installed something that hasnt turned out right?? i tried to do a wind xp pro upgrade and it didnt work for whatever reason then i haad problems with my grahics card ati radeon 9600/9700 pro and it was running in a low resolution and didnt know what was going on so i had the hard drive reformated. I didnt have the correct driver on disc which i thought was strange cos i had all the others on there, so i downloaded the one i thought was right from ati but now i get my comp crashing alot and this recent error came up http://oca.microsoft.com/en/response.aspx?SGD=9463501c-b886-45cb-858e-1fbfab07abf1&SID=802
and dont know what to do as yet might try and contact ati!!

also each time i started up i had to go into device manager and enable manually! to get the graphics card working!
