how do I get FDISK on bootable CDR?

whenever i turn on my computer it goes to the Blue windows setup screen ...

I've been in R for Recovery, and done

C:\Windows\Format C:

but then when I go into C:\Windows\Diskpart

there are still partitions there... and I can't delete it it says they have temporary setup files or something.

Will FDISK fix all these problems?

Should I run C:\Windows\chkdsk \r ??? before FDISK bootable CDR

where do I get FDISK bootable CDR?

Oh my god why is reformatting so difficult!

is there any other bootable CD-R program that I can download that will clear my harddrive quickly?

You can reformat with you OS CD.....Is it the original cd? You can delete the partition when it says there are temp files etc....

Hey I fixed it.

I ran:

Ultimate Boot Disc (with PS/PS2 Keyboard)
F6 DOS Boot Discs
MadBoot v8.0
Symantec Gdisk (delete partitions) (Fdisk didn't work)
Restart
Insert Bootable CD
Inserted Windows XP Pro OEM CD
Created the new partition because no partitions present
Success :)
