Oh, you should be able to go with one of these

Antec 550w

OCZ 520w

There are also some PC Power and Cooling options but they tend to run quite expensive.

Just updated. Two last questions. I was hoping to get a response on the compatability of all of this. Hoping I won't have any issues with that.

Also, will my cooling be okay or would anymore be suggested?

i say opteron 165.. u got good oc ram, so oc ur 165 to like 2.5 which is almost guaranteed, and 2.2 (x2 4400) i can GUARANTEE U.

Definitely get parts that are OC-ready. You will want to overclock. Maybe not now, maybe not tomorrow--but soon, and for the rest of your life.
