question about fans

does the 3700+ have a heatsink and a fan or do you have to buy your own

All the retail CPU's do, but OEM doesn't. The stock heatsink isn't great anyway, so if you can spare a bit of cash in the budget get a all copper heatsink. If not then make it a upgrade for the future.

Yes, it is a good one, I linked the one with out the led fan (I think it has led's in it.)
