Outlook Express

A client informs me that using Outlook Express he is receiving mail ok but his outgoing mail. though being sent & received at the recipient, is still sitting in the Outbox
I asked him to email me with any reported errors as well but as yet he has failed to do so, if he does I will post the errors

Has anyone come across a similar problem

Okay let me see if i understand this. He recieves his mail but it dont send? Or is it sent but still sitting in his outbox?

I cant really say i have seen nor come across this but if he isnt able to send he might not be able to send you the information you requested.

there is a setting in outlook express to save messages to the outbox.

Makaveli213 - Yes the mail does get sent BUT also stays in his "Outbox" with an error message saying it can't be sent but has already been sent

didnt you look at my screenshot? go to tools -> options, and uncheck that box.

Thanks but that says "Save copy of sent messages in the "sent items" folder" - The mail in this instance is stayinh in the OUTBOX

Got an email this morning, no error message as it is working ok this morning - Oh Computers !!
