Video Card Seen

Guy after months of saving, me I finaly bought the Radeon X1900 XTX. Seen I know this man who does a few things, and he linked me the card for TWO HUNDRED beens! Guy I thought this was a scam until guy running things showed me the card. Yo me, this thing was in the retail box and everything.

Yo me I'm thinking this card is it better than the X1800? The X1800 cost way more than two bills.

Basically, I think he stole an X1900 and then broke it trying to attach it to his mobo, due to the fact that his knowledge of English is so poor that he failed to understand the instruction manual.
