just wondering about fans....

Is it manditory that you buy a pc fan or is a fan only for overclocking. Just wanna know because if it is than i can save myself bout 60 bucks

You must have a HS and fan on the cpu or it will overheat and could be damaged.

You should have at least a heatsink and fan on the CPU. If your video card comes with one (if you buy one) then leave it. Things come with fans and need fans for a reason otherwise they would not sell components with one.

if this is becoming a bother tell me cause i'm need to know cause if i don't i might fry my comp when i get it...
Anyways, does that mean that a eVGA Geforce 6800GS would need a fan, or do i just need a fan for my cpu
