I just upgraded my Gateway Computer w/ Windows XP but, for whatever reason i put a password in system setup ( BIOS ) and, now the system does not want to reconize my password. What can i do to reset the ( BIOS ) system to let me in to windows XP. Can i reset the motherboard and the system BIOS and how can i do this. Can Anyone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!.

And then put is back in after a couple of minutes. you will be requested to rest the date and time and then the bios will be restored to factory default.
