My desktop won't boot up..Only loads into safe mode

I'm doing it now hope it works... Out of all the days this chooses to attack my PC I have finals this week and a lab due which is on it (due this week too)

Is that why my computer is screwed up? Since I said no?

Also I tried reinstalling windows still reboots. A friend suggessted to take the video card out and reinstall it? Should I do that? Or is that not my problem
