I'm just starting with computers and i need some help on how to build a computer, I'm looking for a o.k-decent gaming computer. Is this to little or am good.

It depends, do you have any other components from previous computers or builds, or will you be needing every single component to be purchased.

I just need the computer, i have everything else (as in keyboard and monitor and mouse) I want to use AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800 but if there is better cpu, i'll go with that.
I also want to use a A8N-SLI Deluxe with it. Is that good?

EDIT: I already have an OS

yes 3800+ x2 is a good entry level dual core processor

you can get a 6600GT to a 6800GS and 1 GB ram for 1k

ofcourse that includes everything in the tower

if you're getting 6600GT or 6800GS remember to go with eVGA if you can

yah go with a 3800 x2 and an evga 6800gs, and a a8n or msi or dfi board. Pm me if you need more help.

Nah, i would go with the 3700+ or an opty and go with a 7800GT and if you can afford it 2GB's of ram. if you want to OC a lot then defintely go with a DFI mobo. Not big of an OC'er but still want to try MSI is the way to go. Asus doesnt fit anywhere :) and gigabyte are good boards also
