You can always try Windows Update (if you can even get online) to help you find the drivers for what you need. If not you best bet is to find out what mobo you have and from there see if you can find any info about the NIC card that is on it so you can try to find drivers for it. That is about the only way unless you know what the NIC is so you can just google drivers for it and reinstall them.
