Well seeing as how my 36.7 raptor died I've decided to go ahead and get the second one for Raid 0 while I wait for WD to RMA the other one.
In the meanwhile I was looking around and I saw some sweet looking external inclosures on newegg. I was wondering if it's possible to plug my raptors into these things and run raid 0 from there. Or would that be a stupid thing to do?
If not I was planning to just buy a 200gb hardrive or something and plug it into a sweet looking external inclosure. Would games load faster if I put them into the 200gb hd or into the 36.7 raptors on raid 0? I dont know.
