accientally locked myself out of internet explorer

and i cant remember the password. i made it something obscure because i was trying to block access to one particular site on firefox, but i ended up banning myself from using IE at all. its not normally a problem because firefox is my default browser but sometimes there are sites that require IE.

so am i screwed or is there a way around this? thanks

I used this at my work when I first got there, someone abused the net so they locked everyone out...but I found this article and I was back on, I just added my own password so it looked like It was never touched......
