Insane computer setup

I'd reccomend going with a single X1900XTX instead and 2 gigs of OCZ memory on a DFI board with an Opteron 170 and then OC everything. Get a nice solid Lian-Li case with a 600w OCZ PSU. A nice 150gig 10,000RPM HD or two in RAID would be awesome.

You can choose the monitor, optical drive, keyboard and mouse.

Have fun ... lucky :-\

they are high end server cpus that multitask like a *****, since it looks like a media PC having the potetial for for or even 8 cpu cores means encoding videos etc whilst playing games etc

SATAII and RAID are different things. SATAII (or SATA 150) is the actual physical interface between the hard drive and the motherboard. RAID (redundant array of independent disks) is a setting you can choose to use to increase performance and/or redundancy. You can use SATAII drives in RAID :D

actually SATA II is SATA 300, SATA 150 is just SATA.
