flash memory

Please move this thread if needed. I couldn't find a better section of the forum.

I would like some suggestions on flash memory. I need at least 256 meg and I have 24 dollars on my debit card. I looked on newegg and found a PQI and a Viking and wondered if they seemed good to the rest of you.

It's for a digital camera that can also take fairly good video with sound. It will also be used in my card reader I have in one of my floppy bays. The camera is a 3.2 MP but I have it set at a conservative 1024x768 pixels, so space for pictures is not a problem with a 256 meg card.

yup. PQI has a little more of an existant reputation. Viking isn't well known. I have PQI ram and it's stable. Of course, what ram doesn't come stable..?
