i recently reintalled windows xp, and when it had installed i had found that i have 2 hard drives installed on the one hard disk. c and e. atm everything is running of the e drive which i do not want. anyone know how to delete the e drive and get the comp running of the c drive?

it would prolly be easiest to backup, destroy, and rebuild.

you might be able to pull off imaging e and restoring to c, but i bet there's a lot of settings referencing the e drive.

you can destroy the two partitions when installing xp at the choose partition screen, or run fdisk, or use disk management in control panel | admin tools | computer management.

so when you startup, do you have the option to choose between to operating systems?
