and as for the gfx card i am almost 100% sure im getting a 7800gtx 512mb card from evga. but here is the real question... i understand that usually for gaming AMD has said to have been the better one because of its 64 bit support however i found a pentium 4 chip that runs at 3.6 ghz which supports 64 bit which is basically the same as AMD except faster. here is the PENTIUM chip

it is price i know... but i do have the money so that isnt a problem. So do you think that processor will work out well for this type of computer? Personally i think it would out perform an AMD since it has the newest technology. if you guys think i should get an AMD dont be afraid to say so or get some other different part please let me know. ive got open ears so anything is helpful. Oh and as for the motherboard i cant decide yet since i dont know what chip im getting but again suggestions are helpful =D. Thanks again!
Oh one last thing, i will be playing games like counter-strike, fear, diablo 2, call of duty 2, and other games such as that. So pretty high end performance games as far as fear and COD2 are considered. Thanks again!
