Wow 7800GT won't be able to run UT 2007? Lol wtf do you guys think game makers are retarded. It's not like everyone can buy a new video card every 4 months and game makers know this. For them it's about making money not about making some Super Amazing graphics that can't be played on $300 video cards.

The eVGA motherboard isn't near as overclocking-friendly as the MSI K8N. Its a good board, but no match for the MSI.
And as for the chipset cooling, not sure, the VGA cooler is supposed to cool the graphics card. Anyways, I don't think theres any need to change it, only the Asus A8N-SLI has chipset cooler problems.

i have the eVGA board and the video card that came in the bundle, and its a great mobo and an amazing deal because you get the 7800gt. if you're not a major overclocker i'd get this deal.

A 7800GT WILL be able to run UT2007...there is a difference though between running it, running it decently, and running it at maxed settings. The 7800GT will fit into the running it decently catergory and should be able to crank out 1024x768, high settings except for no HDR and no soft shadows.
For higher resolutions, i.e. 1280x1024, 1600x1200, you will need 6800 Ultra SLI minimum or 7800GT/GTX SLI or a 7900 series or G80 series card. Completely maxed probably wont be seen unless you have at least a 7900GTX. Its either all or nothing with you Flanker, and you need to stop putting words in people's mouth. 7800GT WILL RUN UT2007, just nowhere near maxed.

LOL, you so under-estimate this game. If it actually runs at that, I would almost give you money. There is no way a 7800GT is going to pull that off, we are talking about Unreal Engine 3!
Maybe its the Source engine you are thinking of....HDR...4x AA...still 50 fps.
Unreal Engine 3 will run at a slide show at those settings on a 7800 series card. Turn off the HDR, AA, soft shadows, and lighting to low, textrues to medium, and you might have a playable game at 1280x1024.
