Pc problem

Hi all, ive recently built a new pc, and the other night everything was fine, just normal.
Now today i turn on the pc and it goes onto the XP loading screen (you know, with the lil blue bar) and it just stays on that for a couple of mins, it then eventually gets stuck. Has anyone ever had a problem like this?
I've asked a few people and they didn't know..... any help MUCH appreciated!

Will it boot up in safe mode?

If there isnt anything important on it you could try a reformat and reinstallation of windows if safe mode doesnt work.

(PS. i think you sig is too big)

Yeh it will boot up in safe mode..... and it won't in normal :S
