Hey, well, its time for a new computer, im tired of this old p.o.s. I've came up with a set up, i'll be getting everything new except for a moniter and speakers. I've gone with a mATX mobo, just cheaper and it comes with onboard graphics, but has a pci-e slot for future upgrades(not much of a gamer anymore). Lemme know what you guys think about thsi build, suggestions are welcomed and appreciated.

Then mx518($39) and logitech keyboard($10) Hope im not missing anything else.

total w/ shipping comes out to $720, as you can see im on a buget, but in my opinon this computer will do wonders for what i plan on using it for.. listen to music, chat on msn, check internet, email, word processing(school papers), online poker :). What do you guys think, hit me up if you think i should replace anything, maybe more powerful psu?
Thanks,
Kyle

it looks like a nice balanced system, low end for a gamer but you don't play games so if it suits your need it's a good purchase. havn't heard of biostar as a mobo manufacturer, they might be good but then again.... and also your OS is a hyperlink to the fortron PSU.

Never heard of biostar either, but it looks like it has good reviews. Might wanna fix the OS link. I don't like the idea of a 40 dollar psu, but your on a budget and don't have a graphics card so it should provide enough power(I think). Good luck with your build man.

If you dont game AT ALL get a sempron, 512mb ram, and another mobo. That one is micro atx and meant for overclocking.

-- And dude... 400 watt is MORE than enough for having no graphics card.

osrry about the OS link, im getting windwos home, kitire, why get a sempron, and 512 ram? and a diff mobo? just because the mobo is 'meant' to be overclocked, doesnt mean you have to right. That mobo does have a pci-e slot incase i ever want to get back into gaming as well.

Yeah, its ok. However I hope you know that it will be almost useless for games unless you buy a good video card.
