but if your on a budget and still want somethign that will perform and look cool than I would say you have a winner

looks good but I would also go for a amd 2500 xp it will lower the cost considerably and you will have allot of fun overclocking it

and even if you dont overclock it will be almost as fast as the 2.8 p4

just somethign to consider

AMD Barton 2500+ is da way to go dude. And that thing isn't very cheap if it is 800 bucks. I recommend newegg cause they have cheaper stuff and good!!
 
Oh, and I think that is enough ram, unless you work with BIG PDF photos or 3D Modeling.
 
is this going to be a gaming machine? if so, i would take up the reading X on the cdrw. just because some games require a higher speed and it would suck to buy a game that wouldn't read on your cd rom drive.
