Need help buying psu for new build

I am building a new computer for gaming and maybe a little ocing.

New system: amd 3200 venice 939
Msi k8n neo-4 f
200 gb maxtor hd
Geforce 6600gt,low end 6800, or an ati 800 vid card to buy a lil later on. (Went over budget so will have to use my old pci card)

My budget is maybe $80 shipped for new psu. I had these 2 in mind. e-power puma II 450w

Fortron 450w

Are these good enough? Please expalin why or why not and give examples of good psu under $80 shipped. Also i was thinking of a sunbeam nuuo only if it the best for the money. Any feedback is welcome as long as you can explain why. The money saved from buying on of the 2 450w psu i listed above can get me closer to buying my vid card.

yep fortron & good & 450 watts is plenty, you shouldnt see consumptions above 350 with that setup
