The one Ste posted is ESP12V but it is also compatable with ATX. Save yourself 10 bucks and go with the ATX version. I accidently got the ESP12V version but it will still work with my DFI Lanparty that I got. ( could have used that 20 bucks for a game... but o well)

Funny you should mention that, i just upgraded to a 7800gtx 512mb thats why i didnt mention it lol. Yes very very rich grand parents isn't it sweet!!

Umm ya nab a better brand mobo... Some cheap SLi boards ~100-110 can be had from Abit, Abit K8N SLi Gigabyte, K8N SLi boards Many people might not like or think of going w/ them, but I've had a very good time w/ a Biostar board I got for a friend... and from what I've heard/seen the T-Force is sopposed to be a good mobo with some nice OC options

Otherwise, it's $130 the cheapest DFi SLi board.
The psu suggested is much better, and I'd say go for a opty 165 too. For $40 you can get a DVD Burner, which beats the **** outta an ASUS DVD combo drive for only $10 more.
