pci multimedia audio device not found

i just redid my grandparents computer and they have no sound and when they turn on the pc this box comes up saying pci multimedia audio device missing their make of the pc is a gateway G6-333c i cant find the drivers anywhere for it can someone help me out here

I have an ' OLD' G6-450 Gateway. I have a link to drivers for my unit. Maybe these will help you.
I would first go into the BIOS an see if the 'internal sound'
card is 'Enabled". Maybe it was disabled somehow. Try that first, sometimes drivers are a 'bear' to load......
