maya+and nvidia

hey there..ok iam having some issues with maya and when i checked there site this what i found

There are many cards based on GeForce256, GeForce2, GeForce3 and GeForce4 chipsets. Nvidia and Alias do not recommend these cards for use with Maya as you may experience various refresh, display and stability problems and inadequate performance.
We suggest you choose from Nvidia's workstation cards instead, such as the Quadro families which are much better suited to high-end 3D packages such as Maya.

i have nvidia geforce 7800gt..is that considered one of those?

The 81.98 is the latest Nvidia driver. You have the 81.95.

will i upgraded to the latest driver ...but i still have the same problem ...i know that the crad is working the way it should becouse iv been playing games..i used 3dmark,and sisoftsandra to test it....any idea why i might be having such issue?
