$700 budget, show us a good build.

So we are going to build another PC and have a $700 budget. Here is what we are looking for:
AMD processor w/ 939 socket.
Mobo w/ 1 PCI-x
1 GB DDR400 RAM

We already have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers.

Show us the best system we could build using 700 bucks. When I mean best, I mean all around performance. Not a pure gamer by any means at all. Just little gaming.

Mobo: MSI K8N Neo4-F $85
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ $160 (you could get a better cpu if wanted)
Video: eVGA GeForce 6800GS $189
or eVGA GeForce 6600GT $115 (after rebate @ newegg)
RAM: 1GB quality brand $90
PSU: Fortron 450W $50
Case: Some $40 one
Total: $614 w/ 68gs
$540 w/ 66gt

You would still need to pick up a hard drive and dvd drive. If you take the 6600gt, you can take the money saved and spend it on the processor.

Drop the 450W Forton and just get the 400W Forton. Won't make a diff.
