How do you flash a bios?

go to your manufacturer's website. They'll have updatd bios, and a PDF file explaining exactly what you need to do in what order to flash them.

Or, download the bios, download winflash or flashrom, go into your bios select boot from floppy, removable, and then restart, it shall put from the cd, and ask you a couple of questoins saying if you should do it.

But i believe if you use winflash you will be able to flash your bios in windows, well thats what i did lol
