I can't play media files

Yes, I do, along with lots of antispyware,etc.

In the registry there was already a firefox.exe key, but I added mozilla.exe anyway.

I was going to uninstall wmplayer, but noticed that all the icons in my control panel have disappeared. I don't think I'll use registry defrag again.

I'm downloading another wmplayer now, and I'll reinstall Windows ME later.

you need to delete the reg defrag program, its garbage....
