How to reinstall registry files without reformat?

i was wondering how i could reinstall my registry files without having to go through all the hassel of losing all my data and reformatting.

regedit

did the trick

Do you mean restore it all the way to the day you just got it? Cause I don't think that would be a good idea as most programs wouldn't work anymore.

i mean i want my registry files to be like new or like when u just reformatted. if some1 knows how to do this or if its possible please explain to me.

cant do it. You need to reinstall if you want that.....

i installed this program called gamexp and some other thing thats supposed to "optimize" windows for gaming and i want them off. im not sure if they are off though so i want to reinstall my registry files. unless some1 could find the file where it would be located
