PSU Help

Well I was thinking of this one by Aspire

because it has what I want in it. But it really only has to last me 9 months.

But please help me. This is what I want in the power supply
20+4-pin
500-600 watts
ATX12V
OVerload protection:Yes
Overvoltage protection:Yes

If you guys can find me one that has that stuff and is under 70 or 80 dollars then please show it to me. Thanks.

What happens if the width and height of a power supply is a little smaller than mine and the length is a little longer. Like 5.7" or 5.51" instead of 5.5"? Will that be a problem? I know width and height matter but if it is a a little longer can it stick out in the case? Thanks.

EDIT: My dimensions of my PSU now are 6"x5.5"x3.5"
