Hey people,
Last night I was printing a page off the web and I then cancelled it.
The next day I had to print a very important assignment in the morning and had no time for sillyness.
I wake up, try to print and dumb document is still on queue from last night.
I could restart computer, restart printer, nothing worked.

To fix this problem ( worked for me ) follow this :
Right click on the second document on queue that you need
click on properties.
General Tab > Put priority to 99
Go to control panel > administrative tools > services
Look for Print Spooler
Right click > Stop
Go to control panel > printers and faxes
Double click your printer, delete the document that is stuck
Go back to the services and turn Print Spooler back on.
