PCI expansions?

I only have 3 PCI slots on my motherboard and two are being used right now. I want to eventually get a sound card and tv tuner (sound card maybe) but it would be nice to have some extras. Is there anything that you can add onto the motherboard or something to add more PCI slots?

From what I could make out, that take a PCI slot and gives you an AGP slot.

The also make a couple of PCI-E versions... one uses one slot, the other uses two.

As best I can tell, yes.

They also have a couple of PCI-E versions.

Even if you could, there would be no room in your case for it, and you wouldn't be able to access the IO ports from the back of your computer, they would be inside the case...

No, you couldn't.

But the graphics cards for AGP are better/newer than those for PCI, and PCI-E cards are better/newer than AGP.

I wouldn't use it myself, but I'm sure there are a few who would give up a PCI slot or two to get a better graphics card.
